How quickly is my portal online?
Within minutes. You sign up, pick a template and publish the portal on an address like clients.portal.portenia.com. Your own domain usually takes ten minutes to set up.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Portals are built by drag and drop or in conversation with the AI copilot. If you want to go deeper, a JSON editor exposes every detail.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You enter your domain in the settings and we take care of certificates and routing — entirely in the background.
Where is my data stored?
Application, database and backups sit in German data centres. Existing data that comes through the connect agent leaves your network only as the result of an approved query.
Is Portenia GDPR compliant?
Yes. We provide a data processing agreement, keep an audit log of every processing step and support you with access and deletion requests from your clients.
Who has access to the client data?
Only the people you authorise. Roles and permissions are assigned per portal and per client, and sign-in can run through your company account with a second factor. Every access appears in the audit log.
Are signatures in the portal legally sound?
We offer the advanced electronic signature under Art. 26 eIDAS: sign-in plus a one-time code, a seal inside the PDF and a record that reveals any later change. For documents where the law demands handwritten form that is not enough — those need the qualified signature, and we say so openly instead of claiming otherwise.
What does Portenia cost?
