Portenia grew out of a simple observation: advisers and service firms — insurance brokers, trades, agencies — run good systems internally. But their clients see none of it. Communication runs on email attachments, hold music and voice messages.

Large corporations build their own portals for six-figure sums. Mid-sized firms are left out — not because they do not need one, but because building it is too expensive and off-the-shelf tools do not match how they work.

That is the gap Portenia closes: a toolkit for client portals that adapts to your business in days — under your brand, with your data, right through to your own app in the store.
